Experienced Aikido practitioners are aware of the benefits Aikido can have on all levels of being.
Teaching Aikido is a way of passing on to others what has been received. It motivates us to learn more, and to deepen our own practice. The resulting inner growth encourages us to express the positive side of our personality, and gives us the confidence to express ourselves to one and all, in any situation.
Teaching Aikido obliges us to be honest, open and alive.
- Honest to ourselves and others
- Open to change and our own learning process
- Alive to the cosmos and to the energy that moves through us and others.
If you an experienced practitioner and are interested in teaching, please contact the Irish Aikido Federation - Ireland Aikikai.
